1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the FluturoLire website (fluturolire.com) and booking any services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
All prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to availability and may change until payment is complete. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and confirmation email from FluturoLire.
Payments are processed securely via TEB Bank's 3D Secure system. We accept Visa and Mastercard. FluturoLire does not store credit card details.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to notify you and offer a refund or the corrected price. You are not obligated to accept the corrected price.
3. Flight Bookings
- Flights are booked directly with the airline through our GDS system. E-tickets are issued within minutes of confirmed payment.
- Passenger names must match travel documents exactly. Name correction fees may apply.
- It is the passenger's responsibility to have valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.).
- Check-in and baggage policies are governed by the airline. FluturoLire is not responsible for airline-imposed fees.
- In case of flight cancellation by the airline, refunds or rebooking will follow airline policies.
4. Hotel Bookings
- Hotel reservations are subject to the hotel's individual cancellation and refund policies, displayed at time of booking.
- Check-in/check-out times and property rules are set by the hotel.
- FluturoLire is not responsible for the quality, facilities, or service of the hotel.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
5. eSIM Services
- eSIM plans are delivered digitally within minutes of purchase. Ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before ordering.
- eSIM plans are non-refundable once activated.
- Data speeds and coverage are provided by local network operators; FluturoLire does not guarantee network availability.
- Validity periods start upon activation, not purchase.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the specific fare rules of your booking:
- Refundable fares: Refundable minus any airline or hotel cancellation fees and our service fee of €25.
- Non-refundable fares: No cash refund. A travel credit voucher may be available in certain cases.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@fluturolire.com.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Limitation of Liability
FluturoLire acts as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, eSIM operators). We are not liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or overbooking by airlines
- Hotel service quality or changes in hotel policies
- Loss of luggage or travel documents
- Force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics)
- eSIM connectivity issues due to local network providers
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prishtinë, Kosovo.
